My worst vacation ever!

As a COUPLE
We rented from Allseasons Campervans in Sydney. We received a 12 year old vehicle with over 350,000km on it. The suspension was totally shot, it drove like an 18-wheeler, and was probably less comfortable. In order to shift the gears, it had to be slammed before it went into gear. They gave it to us with only one working headlight. Driving/riding in it was actually frightening. It was a terrible experience. The service we recieved was average at best, but our experiences with them since the rental have been terrible. (Date of experience: Dec, 2009 )
Bathurst Weekend

Had an amazing weekend so just had to tell everyone. I hired a Motorhome from All Seasons which was great, we all had a ball. The vehicle was perfect and less than a year old. We combined the Bathurst weekend with some other time away so we first went up to Port Stephens, the Hunter Valley and Blue Mountains. Its the best way to travel as you don’t have to book any accomodation. You would be advised to buy tickets for Bathurst early especially Grand Stand tickets.

In response to TotalTraveller402465147F Dec, 2009. No correspondence from customer during trip so no complaints received. Customer received a Traffic Infringement during a trip and didn’t want to pay !!! Got upset when received this.
I have had 2 hires from All Seasons and have never had any problems. I have done about 30,000km all up. Both times I have had low km vehicles and the service has been great
I have another trip booked for this year and I’m sure I will once again be very satisfied
